• Order Processing Time
• Once you place the Order your order will go through the following 5 Steps.

Day 1. First Step : In Store for Product Procurement - After Successful Order our QC Team Procure Products from our Warehouse/Store after Billing & Accounting Completion 

Day 2. Second Step : In Quality Control Testing/Checking - After Product Procurement Our QC Team Check & Test Products on all technical aspects.

Day 3. Third Step : In Packing Process after QC Testing & Checking - After QC Check Products Move to Our Packing Department where all Products Packed in 3 Layer Packing which ensure no damage between the transit.

Day 3. Forth Step : Courier Pick-up - After Packing of Products we select the Courier Agency according to PIN Codes and Inform them to Pick the Product Parcel.

Day 4. Fifth Step : Handed-Over to Courier Agency - After Courier Agency Selection we hand over the Products Parcels to Courier Agency with 100% Insurance Cover and All Required Transit Papers/Bill and take AWB Receipts 

Day 5. Last Step : We Update the Shipping Detail on our Systems for Each Order and Our System Send Emails to Buyers with All Shipping Details -

Shipping Company Name - Tracking Number. 

 

Delivery Time

Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:
"Availability". Every product detail's page will show a value similar to "Usually Ships Within 5 Working Days". Weekly holidays and other Festive/National Holidays considered as non working hours, It is also noted in the Shopping Cart, and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, some items will ship within 5 Days, others in 5 to 7 days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" timeframe, but please do not count on that.

 

• The method of delivery - our Free shipping or COD method is either By Air or By Surface depend on Product Type, Delivery Location etc..takes minimum 3 Working Days or Maximum 7 to 10 business days or More.

• Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday or on any other Festive/National Holidays , it's impossible for us to ship an item the same or other day as all the shippers and our office are closed.
